An Application and check for 25% Deposit can be mailed before your vacation dates will be held. A Deposit Calculator is available for your convenience. Confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations
Call (850) 492-1860 to cancel reservations.
Notice of Cancellation MUST be received within 14 days of check-in date for daily/weekly rentals and within 30 days of check in for monthly rentals. A $50 cancellation fee will be withheld from all refunds for cancellation processing fees. If cancellation is due to a Hurricane Evacuation Order, full refunds will be made. If cancellation is not made within 14 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited completely.
Payments
Making Payment of the balance of your vacation rental can be made by check or by Credit Card and should be received in our office no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received, we will process an automatic cancellation and refund deposit payment less $50 reservation/cancellation processing fees.

Parents must check in and remain during the entire rental.
Otherwise, occupants will be evicted and payments forfeited.
