Keyless entry is available for Ole River House. 

Keys for Phoenix X Penthouse are available at the front desk.

Use of Property

     Parking - Because the Penthouse is a double unit, Parking is allowed for four (4) vehicles. The Phoenix X Association charges an $11.10 fee per parking pass. Phoenix X Penthouse occupants are subject to Bldg Management Security.  Ole River House occupants should park in allotted spaces facing house. NO RV's and NO boats please.

     Contents-An inventory list of items will be in the unit for your review. Damages or Theft of any rental contents, furnishings, or linen will be charged to the renter.  Please report any damages or malfunction to the rental office upon check-in.

     Amenities-Facilities are provided for everyone's enjoyment.  By using the available facilities, you accept responsibility for any damages to the facility and any liability for members of your group.

Departure
All towels should be returned to the laundry room.  All food or beverage items should be removed from the rental unit.  Keys (if any) should be left on the kitchen counter.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER 
YOUNG SINGLES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT

OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS 10
Parents must check in and remain during the entire rental.
Otherwise, occupants will be evicted and payments forfeited.

FOR ADHERENCE TO THESE POLICIES.
